Yes, walk-ins are welcome when a room and technician are open. Cryotherapy and red light usually fit right in, while IV therapy, Emsculpt NEO, T-Shape 2 and hyperbaric sessions are best reserved ahead of time.
Arrive about 10 minutes early to complete a short intake. A team member reviews your goals and health history, walks you through the treatment step by step, and stays with you for the session. Plan on 45 to 60 minutes door to door for a first visit.
Come hydrated and wear or bring comfortable, dry clothing. For cryotherapy, skin must be completely dry, with no lotion or jewelry. For IV therapy, eat something beforehand. For body sculpting, skip heavy lotions and wear form-fitting athletic wear.

Emsculpt NEO pairs radiofrequency heating with high-intensity electromagnetic energy in one 30-minute session. The heat targets fat while the electromagnetic field triggers supramaximal muscle contractions you can't replicate in the gym.

Our chamber runs to -160°F. Sessions last up to 3 minutes, and because the cold is dry it feels far more tolerable than an ice bath.

Most IV infusions run 30 to 45 minutes in a private recovery chair. High-dose vitamin C, ozone UV and NAD+ infusions take longer, from about an hour up to several hours depending on the dose.

NAD+ is a coenzyme central to cellular energy and repair that declines with age. IV NAD+ is used to support mental clarity, energy, metabolic function and healthy aging. Infusions are given slowly for comfort.
IM (intramuscular) shots deliver vitamins such as B12, lipo-C, glutathione and vitamin D straight into muscle for rapid absorption. They take just a few minutes, so they're an easy add-on to any visit.

Sessions typically run 60 to 90 minutes. The chamber is spacious, and guests read, listen to music, watch something or simply nap. You may feel mild ear pressure during the pressurization, similar to takeoff on a plane.
Guests often feel clearer and more energized after a single session, but recovery and healing protocols usually call for a series of 10 to 40 sessions. We'll map out a plan during your consultation.

Memberships bundle your most-used services into a flat monthly rate with member pricing on everything else, plus priority booking. If you're coming in more than twice a month, a membership is almost always the better value.
A Day Pass includes three lifestyle services in a single visit: cryotherapy, compression therapy and infrared sauna or red light. It's the easiest way to try our recovery lineup in one appointment.
Our services are elective wellness treatments and are not billed to insurance. We keep pricing transparent with intro offers, packages and memberships instead.
Many guests use HSA or FSA funds for our services. Eligibility depends on your plan administrator, so we recommend confirming with them first. We're happy to provide an itemized receipt.

Yes. We use medical-grade, FDA-cleared technology operated by trained technicians, with clinical services performed under medical supervision. Every guest completes a health screening before their first session.
Some conditions require clearance or rule out certain services, including pregnancy, uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe cardiovascular or lung conditions, and implanted electronic or metal devices for Emsculpt NEO. Tell us about your health history and we'll steer you to what's appropriate.
There's no downtime with our services. Temporary effects can include skin redness after cryotherapy, muscle soreness after Emsculpt NEO, mild bruising at an IV site or ear pressure during hyperbaric. Everything typically resolves within a day.
Guests must be 18 or older, or 16 and 17 with a parent or guardian present and consenting. Some clinical services have higher age requirements.
