Follow-up care instructions ### Your Consent **By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from iCRYO SouthPark at the mobile number you provided.** Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions below. By providing your phone number and opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device and are authorized to agree to receive text messages at the number provided. ### Message Frequency & Costs **Message frequency varies.** The number of messages you receive depends on your appointment schedule and promotional preferences.
